Ordered the product with the understanding that there was a free trial. Received the package on 12/3/13 and was charged the $93 on 12/7/13. They think that was a free 14 day trial. When I called, at first they said that I should have called to cancel before the 14 days were up, I pointed out the tracking that showed that I had really only just received it, and they said that I would receive a 50% refund. Hopefully that will happen. I feel I should receive the full refund, and I hope that these people can be stopped because they are so dishonest. I actually feel bad for them, because they have to be unhappy people if they are doing these kinds of things to people.
