I attempted to renew my license this morning by clicking "renew" on the State of Tennessee License Renewal website. After clicking "renew" I was directed to enter address, credit card number, etc. and charged $14.95. Thinking I was paying for my license renewal I continued giving requested information and then later was asked for $19.00. I then learned that I had paid $14.95 for what they call on-line assistance. This is defintely a scam by my own state's government. Someone needs to put a stop to this.
