I ordered a Michael Kors handbag from this website in early November. I never received a confirmation e-mail or a status e-mail or anything similar. I e-mailed the site three times asking for an update. They never responded to any of the e-mails. Over a month later, I received the bag; it was from China, and it was a bad knock-off.
Beware of this website, they do not sell authentic Michael Kors, they sell bad knock-offs. The stitching was ragged and the blue and white stripes were obviously vinyl.
Even though they say you can send the bag back, the shipping cost exceeds the actual cost of the bag, and they don't guarantee your money back. They tell you they can't be sure that the bag was received by them or who received it.
