site popped up:https://www.floridadriverslicensing.org/
and being in a hurry I did not read the disclaimers and paid
$14.00 for an information PDF package that is free from the DMV and was charged
twice on my Master Card account
I will pay the first $14.00 but want the second one paid back to me either by
check or account credit.
I could not the site contact on the number provided on the account
