I ordered an iPhone 5s on nov 19...decided I couldn't wait 60 plus days for the iPhone, and submitted an email and phone calls for a refund. I just got the refund dec 7...it took 19 days to refund 500.00 dollars.
The company responded to all of my emails and answered the phone upon me calling.
My frustration is the length of time it took for my refund. I am grateful I did receive my refund because it was my sons Christmas money.
Don't purchase from this company unless you know that you can wait the required time length for the item .

On 12/19 th I ordered, "Blu - Life Play Mobile Phone (Unlocked) - Gray " (order Id is 15493) from avobuy.com, but decided I can't wait for 30+ days, and customer service couldn't give me any speedy shipping option, so I thought better go for an other one as christmas is approaching sooner.
I requested for the refund on the same day, 12/19. I got an email reply on 12/20 saying 7 to 10 business days required for the refund, (not sure why this much late) I will update again once I receive the refund.
