I was searching black Friday sales online and googled the hhgregg website. Before I was directed there, an odd page came up (red flag #1) and it said for a brief survey I can get a free item (red flag #2). So at the end of it, I clicked on the Garcinia Max free 7 day trial bottle. When directed to the website, it asked for my credit card info (red flag #3) to pay 5 bucks for shipping. Well, a couple days later after getting my trila (that I havent even opened) I saw a debit in my acct for 105 dollars and some change. I was irrate bc the site said "no committments" and "no obligations". I got the product on Dec 4th and looked on here fot a # to call. 800-620-6914 worked and they answered right away (I called Sat about 1 pm central) John. He said basically its all in the terms and conditions that I agreed to online. SCAM! He said I have 2 options....I can either get 50% of my money back (49.99) and keep the product...OR it back to which here is a 35% restocking fee (for a PILL BOTTLE, not a TV ppl) and I would get about $65 dollars back but would have to pay for shipping and wait 2 weeks for a refund...so I just kept it. and got refunded 49.99 (supposed to anyway) so......this is definitley a money making scam. I dont even know if the pills work, but weight loss isnt worth 100/bottle to me. IF you signed up for the trial....call and cancel IMMEDIATELY. John was nice and fast, but still, Im out 50 bucks for some pills that probably dont work. ugh. Live and learn.
