I ordered my bag from this website and recieved the incorrect bag...that was also shipped from China! I emailed the only customer contact available on the website and have gotten no where. They continue to tell me they cannot return my bag because it will cost too much and want me to keep the fake purse they sent me and would give me 40% off my next purchased. I said no I want a refund, there company statement even states they provide refunds. But they continue to send stupid responses back like "sorry, how can we resolve, and sorry" over and over again. They refuse to give me a return address to send back the incorrect bag and refuse to even talk to me in a normal polite fashion via email. This is fraudulent site and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND MONEY!!
