I posted a buyers request on a site called alibaba, I wanted a new phone & iPad I showed my friends and they wanted thing for there kids as main Christmas gifts, 3 x iPhone 5c,
iPhone 5s Gold 64 gb
Samsung galaxy 10.1 N8000 notebook
iPad 4 retina & wifi black
iPod 5 x 2
Were ordered and then I got an email telling me the total and that bank transfer took days for it to clear, they didn't have a PayPal so western union was only way I could pay but I have an account with western union & have sent payments to people with it many other times. I've had friends on the phone every night asking if its arrived yet, I keep email Lena Zhen from first-resource asking for tracking number and got no response I emailed las night to say I was starting to worry and still no response. Tonight while googling the company I came across your site and seen that this company has been taking people's money and not sending out goods. I've had the job of telling my friends this and one actually was crying as she now has no gift for her son but also no money and another friend asked me if I could refund the money but I don't have any money, can anyone advise me on what to do next and has anyone ever got there goods or money back, I have a good criminal & civil lawyer do I go to them or what?

I contact both Strathclyde police & Chinese Police as what she is doing is fraud. She has committed a crime & I won't rest or get off her back unless the goods are delivered or I get a refund

- No Lena still continues to ignore my emails, & she knows she has been reported to the Chinese police as she was added into the email just to show her how serious I actually am. My advice is don't part with any money whatsoever unless its done via PayPal that you can open a dispute about looks like I'm not getting my money back but hey if I can stop her conning hard earned cash from anyone else I will. Ask her where my order is I still have papers with MTNC on the etc.

- She tried to claim it was a misunderstanding, i linked her to this and asked her to make sure everything was made right before anyone would ever do business with her.

- As thank you, you're a star. It will prove she is a fraud, if she gave me my money back I'd be happy with that as its not a small amount I can write off. Damn , this happened to me too! I bought USB sticks for my business promotion - over 600 and she dissappeared after taking my money!

- No I've contact strathclyde police & I also contact the Chinese authorities but as its two different countries the police here cannot contact the police in china but I can contact the Chinese authorities but if more people contact them they will realise this isn't an isolated case, by looks of it she's doing this to a lot of people, but I'm a strong believer in karma ;)

This too has happen to me who do you contact in the Chinese Police I would like to know I am out 782.00 no small amount to me at all either I would like to push this as far as possible and thank you for any help I also have the name of the person helping her.
