I received a check in the USPS in the amount of $1984.00 to be a Secret Shopper. I was to cash the check at my bank take out $250.00 for compensation and to purchase at the store in which I was evaluating. I was then instructed to wire the remaining money to another secret shopper in Chicago, IL via Money Gram. I later received a call from the person stating that I needed to get refund from Money Gram and send via Western Union. I completed the task however the initial check I cashed at my bank was returned as a bad check. I didn't have the money to cover that cost so it left my account in severe negativity, rent check bounced etc. He also had me send my report to him as well as [email protected] and [email protected].
