I gave a colateral of 4000$ for a 20 000$ personnal loan and signed a contrat with them,

they promise me the money within 48 hours! Now no more news of them ther number dosent work annymore....

there website still say it works and the representative is Mr Jeffery Bennett

  • I too was asked for collateral from me Jeffrey Bennett only 1000$ for a 10,000$ loan I did receive an email with a phone number change, has either of you received your loan?

  • Who is your representative? I have brought up this being a scam to my representative over the phone and he is still in contact with me

  • My rep is Sharon McDonald, and I'm still in contact with her as well.
    Sharon said that she would contact me on Monday to make sure everything went
    Ok.
    I will be in Los Angeles in January, I will be going to that address to see if it's ligit

  • he is still emailing me, call the "office number" and when it asks for a name give a fake one and see if he answers you, the new number is 1-888-546-7775 and the ext number is still 875

  • I tried and he talked to me. He seem really surprised, he told me lots of "reason" about why the loan is not there etc... they changed their number bicause of chrismas rush of people

  • I guess he never told you when you would receive your money? I told him I would send him money Friday so I'm not going to send the collateral to him, how did he ask you to send the funds?

  • actully he told me that we will recieve my mony tomorrow if not to call back and he will send it by fedex a cetified check....

  • I would speak to the bank and see if they can get the money back bring the accenture contract and tell them they never gave you the loan

  • I looked at it it looks exactly like mine, but the file number is different. I have not given him any money I'm supposed to this Friday

  • Well I spoke to Sharon yesterday and she said that my loan cancelled because the lender
    Died. So they are sending me back my deposit, I should have it by Monday.
    I asked her last week who was lending me the money and she said Accenture
    Was, Now this week it is someone else. Not sure what to believe, I'm not expecting
    Any money back. I wouldn't send them any money and I would ask them for your deposit back
