Again, whilst on the BBC website a survey request stating to be on behalf of bbc.co.uk popped up. The simple survey completed I was offered three free gifts, one being LiftserumPro. On selecting this it requested postage which I paid by debit card, at no point were terms and conditions mentioned. The money was taken using "SerumOffer CD3819", however, subsequent payments where taken using "TRYLIFTSERUMPRO CD3819. The Bank put a stop on the original name but the second name went through. Finally, no goods have been received apart from the original so called "free gift".
