My November car monthly payment went missing.I paid and applied tracking procedure fee to the US postal office to know where the money order went.I also paid $25 from wellsfargo bank which I was not told what was the amount for.The bank faxed the payment to them but Carly who said handles my case asked me to fax the receipt again after she gave me what number I will use to fax it.She did not received it either. She was rude when after we talked I tried to call up to complain about the faxing and how they work.without knowing that she was the manager. I explained why I called again. She was very rude, with harassing voice.She asked me the December payment when we are on December still and on the November issue.She also asked me why am I calling again..They are not reliable at all. Our other car after it was paid off , they sent the title to the wrong address and we have to go through long procedure to have a copy of it.And the faxed info went missing too aside from my payment???
