I have loans with St. George Bank Pty Ltd., owned by Bank of America. The loan structure is such that multiple properties are securing the loans. This structure is one that I was initially misled into, by the bank. I specifically asked the employee who was arranging the loan for me, if my current property purchase, at the time, would be on a separate loan and she informed me that it was. This was a lie. Instead, the bank, bundled the loans together into one package, without my prior knowledge nor consent.

More recently, the bank made an error in calculation, after the sale of one of the properties. The amount of the error, totaled, approximately $76,000.00 Australian dollars.

The bank discovered their error and 5 months later, snatched $36,000.00 out of my account. This was money that I was relying upon, in good faith and money that I had believed, in good faith, was mine, understanding that there were many properties, involved in the final process, and not just one property and one account.

Believing that I had plenty of funding around me, I gave up sub-leasing properties and decided to focus on starting running and operating internet businesses. After the bank snatched the money from my account, I was almost homeless. I managed to obtain accommodation sharing with someone, for a while, in government housing.

I was exposed, as a direct result of the bank's wrongdoing to sexual assault and I was the witness to a stabbing, in the building that I was staying in.

As the bank snatched the $36,000.00, without any warning, I could not afford to pursue my online business building, due to a lack of affordability.

The bank kept pursuing it's debts aggressively, breaking Australian debt collection policies by contacting me between 20 to 30 times a day.

As a further devastating consequence of the bank snatching so much money from me, without any warning, I have been forced to sell multiple properties, at a loss. I have also been forced to borrow substantial sums of money from family and friends to simply stay afloat.

As I could not afford to keep-up with domain name subscriptions, I have lost many precious domain names, in themselves, totaling many thousands of dollars, in today's market value.

St. George Bank Pty Ltd., owned by Bank of America, has turned my life into a living hell on earth.
