I put in information to setup an account with HotCloseOuts2013.com because I thought it would work like eBay. So when it asked for credit card information, I didn't think too much of it because eBay has the same type of process with Paypal for items that you win in auctions. It is not disclosed or made known that you will be charged $99.00 for their service. You don't find out until you receive a confirmation email indicating you purchased this amount. Additionally, there is no phone number to contact them on their site. When you submit a request, they do not get back with you in 24-48 hrs. I filed a report with my credit card company and they provided me with the following contact number for those of you who are having trouble getting your money back. 877-403-6981.
