I purchased the free trial of the cambogia and green tea products on 16 november. I did not get my y 1st bottle until the 19th and my 2nd bottle until the 22nd of November. I was charged 89.99 for each bottle on the 30th.. But what got me was I had a pending charge since the 27th of November three days before my trial ended. When I called to cancel no one answered. I had t call the address confirmation # (that picks up before the phone even rings) to get the cancelation number. I called the number and the man was rude! Told me I couldn't get my refund and it was my lost. I haven't had enough time to take the pills to see if they work. I contacted the better business bureau and the Tallahassee atourney general to file complaints. How can you star a free trial without the product in hand?

I filed a complaint through the BBB. it was closed as unresolved. this company received an F for customer service and
products I also filed a complaint to the Tallahassee attorneys general and to the Department of Agriculture
