Help...I want my money back! Filing a complaint with my bank to reverse charges!!

Outlining on this SCAM...
1) ordered FREE FREE FREE trial sample to pay shipping and handling only. $ 4.95 on 10/26/13

2)Charges of $88.92 hit my bank account 10/26/13 - SAME DAY !!!

3) I did not agree for auto ship....trial only.

4) product was not received prior to any 14 day trial period ( which agent said had to be cancelled within that period before the charges of $ 88.92 would be processed) According to that date, I would of had to receive and order prior to 10/12/14 which was not possible since I was out of state and traveling from Ill. to Ca.

5) I have now been charged again and received the product ( 2nd bottle ) 12/2/2014. First bottle was suppose to be FREE...end of order!

6) I have no billing invoice, account number or means of cancelling. I finally googled and got a phone number which didn't respond to any phone number and just hung up on me. Tried three calls just trying to get to customer service with same results.

7)Today went on line finally as just had internet service installed and running. Went back to FREE TRIAL OFFER site to get the contact numbers and information again. My first call put on hold for 15 minutes before getting an abrupt guy (BRETT) who told me I didn't comply to the agreement. I again informed I ONLY ordered FREE trial sample, did not do auto ship or agree to it, and that they hit my card twice now without my authorization. I wanted to IMMEDIATELY Cancel and that they were to CREDIT back my account. I would return the last bottle just received.
HIS RESPONSE: HE HUNG UP ON ME !!!!!

So trying to get to someone in charge, sending a consumer complaint for fraud and theft, and as said hopefully bank will go after and credit back.

Anything you can do or advise as to how to process. Senior and Sucked into their SCAM
