I signed up for free trial and paid £2.95 for each product I understood I had to cancel my account within 14 days to stop any further charges I rang within 14 days and cancelled they tried charging me but I firmly stood by their original agreement and they cancelled the account. I got two products but was only sent email confirmation that one product was cancelled I then replied to email asking for th to confirm have both products been cancelled I was replied yes don't worry your accounts have been cancelled you will recieve no more products. Yet within the next month they charged me £95 once then £99. I've rang and all they say is sorry sorry I have so far managed to get refund of £47 am still trying.
