Internet purchase for a double billing of a product from sparkTrust, and refund because the product did not do what it was advertise to do.
Received confirmation from Sparktrust that they had Started refund process for both billings SPTS-U3011130612-78RWL and SPTS-U30111305558-JMW their Credit Processor SafeCart and creditedt to my credit Card. Confirmation number from Spark-Trust refund is #229843.
SafeCart claims they did not received the order.
