We bought two leather recliners 6 months ago in April 2013 that was not delivered until the end of May 2013. Our complaint is the head rest of one chair is losing its color in small round spots. A repair man came and looked at it and used every excuse in the world to suggest we did something to the chair. The other chair is ok.
He took pictures and said someone would call us. No one ever called, so I called and they said we voided the warranty by improper care. We have a leather sofa that is 17 years old and still looks new. It was nothing we did.
