I saw a post on a friends Facebook page with a comment from my friend. I thought it sounded legit since my friend has always been self employed. The post was about how to be successful online in business. I went to the site to learn more about "online business opportunities". They needed a credit card for "age verification purposes". Once inside the site, I saw that fees would be charged for downloading their information. I closed out of the page and gave no consent or verification to purchase anything. I immediately called my bank and also HTASupp.com. My bank cancelled my debit card and was hoping it would catch the debit in time...no such luck. I called the company and was told it would take up to 14 days for a refund. I wanted to speak to a supervisor and was told to call back Monday. I called the company again today and was told "I am tried to handle this, no supervisor available" then told me their account specialists would contact me when the refund was to be made. I was persistent with wanting to speak to someone in charge. They hung up on me. Before they hung up they stated that since I cancelled my debit card taht the amount was drawn from, they could not refund the money because the account card had been cancelled. What a scam! I told them I knew they were a scam, the worker on the line had a very well rehearsed script in broken English " I apologize for that,I am trained to help you" broken record (Inappropriate Content Removed)! The sad thing is, now that the $159 has debited from my account, I have outstanding checks that are now going to bounce causing additional expense not to mention humiliation and embarrassment. I dont have additional funds to make up for the checks that have been written prior to being scammed. Merry Christmas!

The number that was attached to this site is: 866-622-2769. I spoke to the customer service people at this place again tonight and spoke to "Joy" she stated that each "purchase" should receive a confirmation email. That which I did not receive

My account is supposed to be transferred to the billing department for a refund in 3-5 days. (Yeah right!) She also stated that because my original debit number that was used is now cancelled, they cannot issue a refund.
