International boundaries
They are a fake website. If you try to click on contact us.. you get nothing.. if you try to click on return you get nothing. You have to pay through Paypal and it goes to some weird name. This is a total scam the product was never sent to me.

You aren't alone. They (Inappropriate Content Removed) me too. I am on the phone with Paypal right now attempting to dispute it.
