'Fixed' my refrigerator and warrantied the repair. Three weeks later, refrigerator broken with same problem, and they wanted me to pay several hundred dollars more to fix it claiming they ' didnt know it was a two part problem'. Dishonest and warranty isn't true. Dont hire them!Charged me approximately $600 over three visits but could never fix my fridge although declaring if fixed multiple times.The technician charged $250 to fix a part that cost $4. The repair took less than an hour. When we contacted the technician about the costly repair, he refused to accept the %20 off coupon that he offered on his site. They told me they would refund the last visit since it was not fixed but then stopped returning my calls. I will never use this company again and instead use someone more reputable who back up their work.
