I signed up after seeing a friend's FB post. I NEVER do stuff like this but thought I would take a chance. The next day (30 Nov 2013), my friend posted that someone hacked their account and it was a scam. Upon seeing that, I went back to the website to see how to cancel and refund but of course they were closed - and closed the next day (Sunday). I checked out the refund policy and it states 14 day money back guarantee. I finally get in touch with customer service today (3 Dec 2013) and they tell me there is nothing they can do, I only had 3 days to cancel for a refund. I mentioned their website and asked to speak to a supervisor. They refused, told me there was nothing they could do and HUNG UP ON ME - TWICE! I obviously called my bank, hoping to get the transaction stopped but as it was pending, I have to wait until it posts then dispute. I have all website info, login info, print screens of the refund policy, and phone numbers for this scam. Home Cash Success and Cash Flow Kit are one and the same. BEWARE. They have numerous customer service phone numbers but the same recording answers for ALL, live chat is not available - you can only email, and the name they say they use to describe the charge on your account is a lie. I am working with my bank to make a case against these people.
