I purchased 2 Monster Energy hats from www.newerashop.com and they sent me the wrong order. The hats I received are not the hats I ordered. My confirmation email even has the correct item numbers on them but they sent me the wrong items. I emailed them to tell them and asked for either the correct order to be sent to me or a full refund. They admitted the order was wrong and said the reason the order was wrong is because they have so many things leaving their warehouse, they have trouble keeping track. They refused to send me the correct order or refund my money. Instead they suggested that I try selling the hats they sent me if I don't like them. The told me that the only way they will give me my money back is if I pay to send the wrong hats back. That's approximately $18 in international shipping.
