I ordered a free trial and paid the £10.00 postage fee, I then received no information from themselves, the emails were minimal with no contact details or company address/website.
A month after the trial two payments were taken from my account without my permission, I am currently fighting for my money back.
Update: 12/04/2013
03/12/13- I called customer services of vita cleanse. After explaining my situation, that I wanted my money back, he then said they had technical difficulties and told me to ring back in 2 hours.
