Ordered this like a big idiot online, same story as many others, tried to call within the first 18 day cancellation, but nobody picks up the phone. You can not cancel through their on-line cancellation site. Do not order from these people. They hide themselves under layers of email addresses and 1-800 numbers. I still don't know if my order is cancelled or not. Have to call the credit card company for help.
