I received a email to sign up for free from Hot Closeouts 2013 but once I entered my bank information, It happened so fast, it was to late to know what had happened, I was charged $99 and an international processing fee for 1.98 for a bid package that I didn't want. I immediately emailed them. On 12/2, I went back to the website and emailed them again. I also tried to do a live chat and tried to look for a customer service number but both are non existent. As a result of this charge, I had overdrawn my account. Now I have overdraft fees for 2 items that came through at $36 each.

Update: 12/04/2013

Upon further investigation of my account, the 2 overdraft fees totaling $72.00, was due to a check that came in. Therefore, the new total will be $100.98.
