I was online checking my bank account information prior to paying some bills and noticed a charge in the amount of $49.95 as well as a cross border fee of $0.40. The name was MedCHelp.com and when I went to the website I chatted with someone who didnt help me one bit. I have emailed the company requesting my money back as well as threatened a lawsuit. My attorney has stated that this is fradulent and we are prepared to move forward if my money is not returned to me. I don't know how my information was obtained but I am disappointed and highly upset.
