Hello. We have been playing online bingo with Iceland. We have been playing online with standard games approx every 2 to 3 mins. Every 30 mins they have a special game called bubbles 500. It's a standard game of bingo where it says you win £500 for the full house. We've been play all the games every 2 to 3 mins and spending anything from £1 to a maximum £4.80 per game. On the Bubbles £500 game that's every 30 mins we have been playing £24.00 per game as the prize money is much bigger, trying to give us a better chance to win £500.00. We did finally win a game after lots of jumping up and down around the living room we noticed Iceland had only credited our account with £50.00 not £500.00, we have contacted them and they refuse to pay the £500.00 they said the text says £500 maximum, but it doesn't I have sent them screen shots and it's shows nothing. Now they are saying We shouldn't be using IPad as I doesn't show us the full information, but they advertise there online bingo on the App Store. They have offered us £24.00. They have said they can see our record of games and it shows us spending £24 for each bubbles game every 30 mins and that it could be confusing for IPad and tablet users !!!! I was under the impression that computer tables were out selling laptops hands down. We also think that the bingo game we were playing that we won was only showing 32 other players that's why we kept playing with 24 £1 tickets. But we think there not paying because they didn't have enough plays to cover the £500 Jackpot. Please help us. (Personal Information Removed)
Please provide details of correspondence with the independent third party to date *: We have emailed and sent them screen shots clearly showing the bubbles jackpot games £500 and £1000.
