ANYONE TRYING TO BEAT THIS COMPANY WITHIN THE FIRST TWO WEEKS: Hey guys,
so me and my 3 friends foolishly took this "free trial" and ordered it to our uni halls. Very excited at first, only to be alarmed when our neighbours advised us to read the small print. HOWEVER, WE DID MANAGE TO BEAT THE SYSTEM without having eternal shitty packages sent to us. Firstly, call up the number required for the return reference numbers; one for every product, don't make the mistake of putting them in the same package. It told me for ages that my details ween't recognised - persevere. We all got them eventually, although they conveniently don't employ humans you can talk to. You have to return them (we left them sealed) within the 2 weeks - clearly write the reference number on the OUTSIDE of the package. We had it sent registered delivered; cost a bit, but it's better just to do it properly so they don't find an excuse to charge you. We also notified the banks and cancelled cards. 3 of us were lucky, but one friend still has monthy installments taken from her account but thankfully the bank automatically replace it. It's a huge fuss, but not impossible, good luck. Only loss was postage
