I sent for a trial sample of RVTL anti aging cream to try, i paid 99p for the trial pot of cream, i recieved the cream, never used it, when checking my bank statement, i noticed the company had taken £89 plus the 99p. i was shocked, my account is now overdrawn, i have since sent the cream back and had no refund, i have written to them, numerous phone calls , costing me. i cant afford the money. i am a widow, and a pensioner. they just say there is technical problem. please help. please be aware gutted, Babs potter.
