I wanted to try a free sample of skin cream, and thought I was just paying for p+p. The company then took from my account £89.00. My bank called my card in as fraud. I ve emailed rvtl to ask for my money back by cheque. I ve recieved 1 small cream which is supposed to be a free sample, and am hoping and praying they will re- imburse my money.
