I purchased a pair of womens saucony guide 4 running shoes from mall fashion on 11/5/13 using paypal. Processing would take 1-2 days and shipping 15-20. I have yet to get the shoes and have tried to to contact the company on line several times without a return response . The order number was 3986 as an invoice was emailed to me.
I bumped into your site while searching and felt a claim was worthy.
