I discovered this charge on my bank statement. When I contacted the company, I was told that I had approved this transaction, which I had not. I know I did not purchase anything in regards to what they are stating.
When I requested to speak to a manager, I was told that none where available. I tried multiple times of calling requesting to speak to a manager.
What is scary they have all my personal information!
I requested multiple times to have my money refunded to me, and they refused! Stating I should have contacted in the 3 business day after the purchase. Well duh! If I had known that I had been hacked, I would have. I want my money back!
