company named THE E CHECK with url : www.theecheck.com have my money more then 12,000 usd. they are a merchant service provider.I used their ACH services that is online check services in my business. In the beginning they said i have some problem in my banking information i provided to them.Then i sent them updated information and they did send me two little amounts of money and i received it.Then i asked their accounting person named Lou to send me all my money after the deduction as security they keep around 10%.And again he started saying my bank information is incorrect.Meanwhile i keep on charging my customers on their merchant as i had a trust they WILL send me my money. Weeks passed.But the did not.Then i stopped charging on their merchant as i was not receiving the money.And i am calling them since then.In beginning Lou told me he will send my money and kept on saying the same.I talked to the owner of company named Andre Rosa too,and even he transfered me again to this accounting person LOU. And now they are not even receiving my calls and i have sent them loads of emails and they are not even replying to my e-mails.I have all the contracts they signed with me online.I need my money.Its my money i have earned with hard work.They keep a security as approx. 10% for three months. Its been almost four months i stopped charging on their merchant and i should receive my security deposit amount too.
