Discovery Trans Shipping.com and Backpage.com

I purchased a very specialized Hassleblad camera lens from BackPage.com. The seller, responded and I was instructed to wire money to a company called Discovery Trans Shipping.  They accepted funds and are supposed to protect the buyer from fraud as they supposedly hold the merchandise for buyer, and claim to not release funds to seller until buyer gets and approves of merchandise. The company verified that they received the funds, but have never sent the lens, or responded to any of my inquiries. I never got the lens, or the money back.  The order / transfer details are below.  I have repeatedly attempted to contact the seller, and the transport company and have gotten NO response from either one.  There is no phone number for the Discovery Trans Shipping, and no way to find out where my money is, or the lens we ordered. This money was wired directly to Discovery Trans-Shipping bank account (?), who was supposedly to hold the money as I mentioned in an escrow account, until we received the merchandise and approved it, at which time, they were to release the funds to the seller; Christian Konig, whose email address is: [email protected]. The Discovery Trans Shipping office has two physical addresses, one of which is a vacant building I found out by asking a Concierge at a nearby hotel to go check, this company has no phone number, nor do they respond to their emails. The site was down for a time, but is now up again. I tried to make a police report in Austria, but they only speak German, and would not talk to me. When you try to click on help or customer service at the Discovery Trans Shipping site, you only get a message window that says that the server can't reach the site.
