I APPLIED FOR A LOAN THROUGH CANADA LOANS.CA,
About 3 days later I was contacted by Ohmex Solutions Inc., indicating they were contacting me about my loan submission and that they dealt with private individuals who provided loans to people who had difficulty obtaining loans. They informed me I was approved and to send them my identification so they could verify my identity. Once that was done, I was to submit proof of income and the signed contract my banking info, and that the loan would be deposited directly into my financial institution. The loan Agent Angela Grey advised me that the lender required a partial payment toward the insurance premium but that the lender would release the funds upon receiving a $500 partial payment toward the $980.40 loan insurance premium, So like an idiot I fell for it and sent the $500 via western union to their receiving agent Cheremaah Yeboah. After the close of business on a Friday at 5:00 pm I get a call the same day indicating the lender will not release the funds unless he gets the full insurance premium. I indicated that I did not have any other monies to send. Angela asked if I knew about payday loans and suggested I get one to pay the balance . She kept going on about she really wanted to see these funds released as she would not get her commission until it was finalized. So i did it and sent another 500$ to another agent in the same city (Nicole Mohr), thats when the next day i received a call form Paul, Angela's associate saying I had to send another 500$ for the brokerage fees. I told him I was not sending any more money and that he was to cancel the loan and to send me my $500 back. He tells me that due to privacy issues head office will not release right away that it will take up to 3-6 weeks for the refund of my $1000. I have called and emailed several times since Oct 4th only to get no where with the refund. I have been emailing and calling constantly only to get no response. This has been going on for over a month now. In the last 2 weeks when I try calling I get a recorded message that the number is no longer in service and my emails are being returned as undeliverable. I really can't believe I fell into this scam, I am generally very skeptical of stuff like this but it all seemed so legitimate until I actually had time to think about it. So whatever you do.....DO NOT believe this company, their website looks legit, their so called testimonials also look legit, but its all a big SCAM! So if you get and email from [email protected] delete it! Or if you get a call from 1(877)240-0744 she also uses their fax line to make calls 1(877)745-0171 or their supposed new number 1(855)207-4489 DON'T ANSWER it, don't send these people money, don't send them any information about yourself they are one of the biggest scams out there.
