I was directed to this site. Nowhere was anything listed that once you register you would automatically pay $99 for bids. You are directed to customer service and given the option to check the FAQ's (nothing directs you to a billing problem), Live Chat (but nowhere does it allow you to speak with a live person, nor does it give any indication in the FAQ's on how to chat with someone,and the 3rd option is to e-mail customer support. Still waiting for any type of response from that also. Just sent another e-mail. I WANT MY $99 BACK AND FOR THEM TO CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT!!
