BEWARE OF SUPRA CLEANSE 350! THEY WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR MONEY- (89.99) MONTHLY!!!

On November 7th 2013, I saw an article going around on facebook about two free trials to "lose weight quick". since there were "facebook reviews" from "people who actually tried it" I thought it was legit. The two free trials on the article were for green coffee bean extract &supra cleanse 350. My account was immediately charged for S&H which was 4.99. The green coffee bean company was a REAL company so it was easy to take care of.

Basically, how these trials work is that they send you the whole month's supply, you take the trial amount, and if you aren't satisfied, you have to send the rest of the bottle back in order for your card not to be charged for the entire bottle. ALSO, you MUST contact the company to cancel your MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION. If you do not do this, you will be charged monthly.

Now what SUPRA CLEANSE 350 does, is they immediately charge you for the S&H, which was 4.99, they email you saying that you should receive your product within 10 days, and that if you have questions, they leave you an email address. NO NUMBER INCLUDED.

I DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING IN THE MAIL and after 10 days, I had emailed them several times at the address provided and no response. I looked back on the article which I had bookmarked, and it had been deleted! I was getting frustrated so I went back on the site where I originally signed up for the trial and they had provided a totally different email. Also, they provided a "cancellation email" so you could "cancel your subscription". I emailed BOTH email addresses, and they both came back with an "invalid domain" message. The number they provide you is also a number for outside the U.S., I believe the Netherlands? So you wouldn't be able to call unless you could make international calls. (I doubt it's a real number though)

Today, I received an email from supracleanse350 saying that a transaction was cancelled because I didn't have enough funds (Thank God). I then realized that this was a scam &they were trying to charge me for the "full month supply" of a product I had never even received. I immediately called my bank, told them the situation, and they refunded my 4.99, deactivated my card, &my new one is on it's way tomorrow.

  • You can reply to the email address "[email protected]" but they will NOT respond! It's okay, we have all been fooled! Good thing we caught it before more damage can be done! I believe you will get your money back also!
