This company fraudulently took money out of my checking account without my permission or knowledge. When I contacted their online chat department, I was asked for my email address or the first 12 numbers of my credit card?! I gave them my email address, which I was told was the only way they could look up my account, and they were unable to find my account! I was given a customer service number, which I will call immediately when their office opens, and then the chat tech disconnected without any further comment. I am going to dispute this with my bank, but am extremely upset that a company can access my bank account without my permission.
