Those (Inappropriate Content Removed) STOLE my money. The phone number of Ruilong Lin in China was finally answered by a (Inappropriate Content Removed), not understanding what I said.
I sent two email to the 'contact us' site of USA Cigarettes and got NO response. I had to pay $14.50 to send the money via Western Union
