I tried to order a free sample of one of their Beauty creams. All I was to pay was $4.95 shipping. I entered my debit card number and was told the order could not be processed because it was a pre-paid debit card and to enter a different number. I did not and backed out of the order. I was glad I did because after reading the fine print I found out I would have been auto charged $78 monthly and sent new bottles of cream monthly. Very misleading. Tonite I went online to pay a bill and my card was declined. Looking at the transaction history I was charged for the cream I was rejected the sample for because of my card type. Looking back to the 10th of November I was also charged a $3.95 shipping charge. Never received any product, nor did I get any emails confirming my order. The advertising is totally misleading, says free sample, nothing about joining a "club" that auto bills monthly, at least not upfront prior to entering all your personal info. I only saw that AFTER my card was declined and in very small print. Also, had I received the product, they charged my card earlier than the time limit to cancel. Reporting to the Better Business Bureau next. Hoping they will cooperate when I ask for a refund tomorrow during business hours.
