Tried to order this, sadly before I read all his complaints! A completely automated answering machine took my name address, and credit card info, but when it came to my phone number, it said it looked it up, but the number was an old number, so I keyed in the right number for 5 times and the automated system NEVER understood it, then I said it through the phone 3 more times and it did not work; I was immediately transferred to an "operator." He wanted my info all over again. He could not tell me whether or not my "automated" info went through. I was not about to give it again and be charged twice, meanwhile, the operator said I had to pay another $9.95 for the companion book it seem to explain on the "Success" tv infomercial. Then I asked for verification the automated order DID OR DID NOT GO THROUGH. The operator told me I had to call customer service on Monday, when this is Saturday. Another full blown scam with horrible automation and horrible answers to legitimate consumer questions. I am so dismayed by tho unsatisfactory information I was given, I want nothing to do with this company or the Success program that touts such criminal activity! unsatisfact
