I was informed on my credit card statement that I had been charged aud $98.37 on the 20th of October 2013, I had not even heard of this company, I did not order this item and I do not even know where the so called purchase is. I have sent 3 emails asking for feedback but they say they have received the email but do not get in touch with you. I am furious with this as $98.37 has been charged on my account in which I gave no permission or order to this so called company whatsoever. I desperately need my credit card to be refunded as this is a huge amount for me and I don't know anything about it.My email address is (Personal Information Removed), waiting with anticipation.
