Caller said that they were working with Microsoft and could make my computer run much better and faster and then if I took out a contract with them they would give me unlimited tech support for 5 years for £159.99, I thought about it for a time and then they were so convincing that I fell for it and paid up. Six months later I phoned with a complaint which they fixed but today I have tried to contact them and find that it has been a scam. What can I do now
