I was charged x2 ( $74.98) on 10-31-13 for a pair of shoes that was $37.49 . As of 11-21-13
1) I have not received the shoes
2) i have no received ANY response to my multiple attempts to communicate with the limited contact information I have in hand.
3) I am involved with the resolution center at Pay Pal
4) I have not received any refund - partial or total - for the $ $74.98 I was charged
Any help you can provide would be appreciated. thank you
