This person told me he worked for Microsoft and that they had messages from my computer saying that I had problems with my browsers and there was suspicious male-ware and my computer would crash internet thieves would use my ip address and I would get the blame for any law breaking they did. I contacted BT they said it was a scam they wanted me to pay $303 or $199 with out insurance to have my PC fixed
