I got drawn in by the 'free trial' and was told that all I had to do was pay for shipping, this was taken off my accound. I was also charged by my bank as I like in UK. The product arrived (which wasn't very good anyway). 2 weeks later I get the amount of £58.77 taken off my account. My bank couldn't do anything and when I got in touch with Action Pro I got an automated response telling me to phone America. I phoned (at my cost !!!) and the man on the other line, who could hardly speak english, kept repeating over and over and over that I'm not elible for a refund. When I emailed again outraged I was just sent that automated message to phone a representative. Never been so manipulated and bullied into paying for a product. DISGUSTING!!!!!
