I ordered RTVL cream and equinox cream from pop up on internet on a 30 day trail but after two weeks £39 00p per Item was taken out of my account plus £4 95p and £2 99p postage .I used both creams has I was told you need to use them together until I finished them. The cream was suppose to reduce the lines on your face after two weeks ,my face did not look any different , I was disappointed has the cream had cost me £78 00p plus postage .I rang customer services to cancel my order they said they would . But my bank rang me and said that money had came out of my account and they tried to take more but there was not enough in there. Within the next couple of days they took another £45. 00 that left my account almost empty .The next day I sent the RVTL cream back , I went away for a week but the money had not been returned in my account so I emailed customer services and was offered 50c off,I refused this because I did not want the cream only my money back ,they asked me to get a tracking number from the post office . I cauld not get it because I sent it back first class .instead of recorded delivery. It had cost me enough already .I then sent customer services a photo of the post office receipt attached to a email.They replied and said because I did not except 50cent and it had expired because I did not reply with in the week .I agree with every one it is a scam I have since emailed them to get the cream sent back to me as I have paid £47 00p for it.I gave them the option to refund my money or send the cream back to me that I have paid for .I am still waiting for a reply I am a pensioner I do not know how people can do this and get away with it
