I ordered this product & canceled my order & mailed back the unused portion of the product back. I was told I would get my refund in 3 to 7 days & here it is November 19, 2013 & I still havent received it yet.They gave me a refund code & everything.

- Did they give you any sort of return merchandise number? I sent back my product with the number they gave me because it mentioned it in the terms and conditions. If you dont include this return number they wont give a refund.
